If you experience issues with your Huddly camera, please check what operating system you use. There are some operating systems we no longer officially support, although the camera may still function. We encourage you to contact Huddly Support if you need further help. Per 01/03/2024 the Huddly cameras and the Huddly Desktop App are supported by the following operating systems:

Microsoft:

• Windows 11
• Windows 10

macOS:

• Sonoma
• Ventura
• Monterey
• Big Sur
• Catalina
• Mojave

The Huddly cameras are not officially supported by, and will not be supported by, the following operating systems:

Microsoft:

• Windows 8.1 or 8.0
• Windows 7
• Any operating system older than Windows 7

macOS:

• High Sierra
• Sierra
• El Capitan
• Yosemite
• Any operating system older than Yosemite

As a first resort, please try updating to a newer version of your operating system to solve the problem. If you encounter further issues, we encourage you to contact our Support team who are ready to help you.
