What happens if an item is missing from my order?

All Huddly camera packages are carefully checked and passed through multiple quality controls before being shipped out to our customers. However, in some rare occasions, an item might be missing in your package. Please contact us for further assistance if this happens.

Please prepare your purchase order (PO#) ready when contacting Support.

If you have purchased your Huddly camera from a Huddly reseller or distributor, please contact them directly for questions regarding missing items.
