No image after installing the Huddly App
If you experience no image display after installing the Huddly App, please review the following.
- The Huddly cameras are designed to be used with a video conference tools such Skype, Zoom, BlueJeans and among many others.
- The Huddly application is used to control the smart camera features such as digital PTZ and adjust contrasts/color settings.
- The Huddly application alone cannot be used to make video calls. Use one of the Supported video client applications for the Huddly camera.
- Your live self-view will be shown in the video conference tool and not in the Huddly app itself.
If the image in your video client application does not appear, please make sure you try reconnecting the cable. You can also try connecting the cable to different USB ports, and restart your computer.
Should the image still not appear after this, please contact Support for further assistance.
