If you purchased your Huddly camera through Amazon Global, their return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required and will be generated by our support team if it has been more than 30 days. Please take note that you are responsible for safe return of your item and remember to keep your proof of postage. You are entitled to recover what you have paid, but it is the consumer who must pay for the return shipping.
