Experiencing echo during a video call?

It is important to know that it is the video conferencing tool you are using that provides the echo cancellation, not the camera itself.

Please check the settings of your chosen video client application, and have your video conferencing partner check their settings as well if you are experiencing echo.

Normally your video conferencing tool should handle the echo very well. You can take some precautionary measures to avoid echo, by placing the camera as separated as possible from the loudspeakers in use, as well as limit the volume of these.
