Can I reset my Huddly camera?
We only advice to use the reset button after advice from Huddly Support, as it will push the camera software back to an older version that might interfere with the functionality of the camera.
The Huddly IQ and Huddly ONE have a reset option underneath the foot of the camera. To reset, here are the steps to be taken:
- Open the foot of the camera and locate where it says Reset.
- Unplug the camera.
- Get a pin and hold it down for a few seconds, whilst at the same time reconnecting the cable to a powered USB port.
- This will reset the camera.
- Once the reset has been successful, please relaunch the Huddly App and make sure the camera is being detected.
There is no sound indication when you reset the camera.
The Huddly GO does not have a reset option.
