Huddly cameras are designed mainly to suit laptop environments, small to medium huddle rooms and conference rooms using a USB-C connector cable, with a Plug-and-Play connection.

For all other hubs, we cannot guarantee that connecting the Huddly camera will be successful or provide optimal image quality. They have not yet been fully tested across all manufacturers, models, and configurations. This is due to the differing standards of communication between devices and across networks. 

Huddly does not currently provide technical assistance for these issues.

We recommend you to contact the hub manufacturer you are using for technical assistance if needed.
