If you are using the Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub 500 with Microsoft Teams and are experiencing that the video feed from the Huddly IQ will not appear, please follow these steps:

• Click “More” on the hub’s startup screen.
• Go to “Settings”.
• Then go to “Peripherals” (prev. “Features”).
• Locate “Content preview”. If Huddly IQ is chosen, please change this so that no camera is selected.
• Press “Save” on the bottom.

Your video should now appear and be working when having video calls.
