Huddly GO is not detected by Mac OSX or later

If you are experiencing issues with your Huddly GO for not being detected or recognised on your Mac OSX machine or later, please first make sure that your OS is updated, then try to the following steps to help you resolve the issue: 

  1. Unplug and replug your Huddly GO and try connecting it to a different USB port.
  2. In some situations, your preferred video client application might require a restart or update if applicable.
  3. If the above resolution did not work, please try to restart your machine and check if this resolves the issue.

Please be aware, if your Mac OSX is in “sleep mode”, it will interfere the computer usage and Huddly GO will not be detected.

We also highly recommend you to update your camera when it is available.
