A known incompatibility issue between the Huddly IQ hardware and certain Google Meet Compute systems will cause erratic behaviour when the camera is connected with any USB-C to C cable.

If you experience issues with the system after connecting Huddly IQ with a USB-C to C cable, please use the provided Huddly 2m USB-A to C cable, as this is the known workaround.

For the workaround, note that you should follow these steps:

• Unplug the power cord of the Google Meet Compute system and keep it unplugged for a few seconds.
• Reconnect the power cord.
• Connect the Huddly IQ to a USB-A port using the provided Huddly 2m USB-A to C cable.
