What does my computer show “USB Device Not Recognized” or a yellow exclamation mark?
This occurs when the provided BYOD cable is used in a configuration it was not designed for, such as connecting a Meeting Compute device (for example, like a Lenovo Core2) to the C1 “meeting compute port”.
- Troubleshooting by device
If you are experiencing “Unknown Device” pop-ups or Device Manager errors, please check your configuration based on your hardware and setup.
Note: As stated in our Quick start guide documentation, an additional USB cable is required for all Meeting Compute installations. The type of cable depends on your specific compute device (e.g. USB-A to USB-C).
