When you connect the Huddly C1 to the Series One Kit, you should use a standard USB-C cable that fully fits into the Series One Kit.

The USB-C cable provided with the Huddly C1 does not fully plug into the Series One Kit connector, hence a different standard USB-C cable is required to ensure a proper connection and normal operation for the cameras.
