Video not appearing on Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub 500 with Microsoft Teams
If you are using the Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub 500 with Microsoft Teams and are experiencing that the video feed from the Huddly IQ will not appear, please follow these steps:
- Click “More” on the hub’s startup screen.
- Go to “Settings”.
- Then go to “Peripherals” (prev. “Features”).
- Locate “Content preview”. If Huddly IQ is chosen, please change this so that no camera is selected.
- Press “Save” on the bottom.
Your video should now appear and be working when having video calls.
